When is check-in & check-out?

Check-in is available after 3pm.
Check-out is at 11am.

What’s the deal with parking?

Here’s the deal: we have 3 parking spots in a small outdoor lot right behind The Dutra. These spots are $20/night and must be reserved in advance of your stay. If our parking is all booked up, there’s metered spots, nearby lots, and street parking.

Can I bring my adorable and well-behaved dog named Spike?

We love dogs, but sadly we don’t allow pets of any kind, even if their name is Spike. Sorry, friends.

Do the rooms have cooking capabilities?

All rooms have mini fridges and an electric kettle to make your bomb pour over coffee.

In Room A, there’s a 4-top stove and small oven with very basic cooking equipment.

In Room T, there’s a 2-burner stovetop (no oven) with very basic cooking equipment. The mini fridge in this room doesn’t have a freezer.

Rooms D, U, & R do not have cooking capabilities.

The Dutra looks like the best place ever for a wedding party to stay. The location is amazing, my friends can each have their own rad room, and there’s a communal deck overlooking the bay that would be perfect to hang together at sunset.

So my question is: can I buy out the whole building?

What’s the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and taxes, plus the cleaning fee.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
